AI movie recommendation app

Film Survival Guide

An invite-only app from film buff and entrepreneur Jason Davis that recommends movies the way a film-literate friend would. I beta tested the interface and consulted on navigation and marketing.

Film Survival Guide is the work of Jason Davis, a film buff and entrepreneur. It’s an AI you talk to about what you want to watch. Ask for “something like Parasite but lighter,” rate what you’ve seen, and it learns your taste and hand-picks what to watch next.

I didn’t build this one. My part was beta testing the interface and consulting on two things: how people find their way around the app, and how the website sells it.
